Ceremonies

Civil ceremonies can be conducted in a variety of locations, at any time of the day or night, and may incorporate elements that may not be readily available in religious ceremonies. Importantly, civil ceremonies provide real alternatives for those members of the community for whom religious ceremonies have little personal meaning, or may not be easily accessible for whatever reason.

The important thing to know is that you have choice in relation to your ceremony.

This extends to what takes place in the ceremony, as well as the words used and the readings and rituals that are incorporated into your ceremony. If you haven’t given much thought to this aspect of your ceremony yet, that’s okay.

It’s my job to talk through the possibilities with you, and to develop and deliver the kind of ceremony that you would like - ultimately, something that is deeply meaningful, unique and personal.
